Well, the easy answer is that any time you bid, which you do by clicking on the Bid Now button on a listing, eBay will automatically bid for you.
If you bid $100 on something with an opening price of $10, eBay will automatically bid $10. When I bid against you at $25, eBay will automatically raise your bid to $26. Then when I get nasty and bid $95 at the very last second, eBay will sell to you at $96, leaving me wailing and gnashing my teeth.
But do you mean"sniping" which is the practice of bidding at the last moment, with one's maximum bid, in the hope of preventing any later, higher bids?
There are companies that do this for you. My husband bids in eBay.ca.au auctions and with the time difference he finds paying eSnipe.com to put in those last second bids well worth the money.
