i have been buying on ebay for over 9 years and now when i try to log in it says my email does not exsit and i had to start a new profile. what happend ot my rating? i had 100% rating as a buyer. i never sell now all that is gone.

Is the credit card you used to set up your account expired?
Phone customer support. Have a pee first, bring a book and a beverage. Don't phone from a cell that charges you minutes. You may be on Hold a lot.
Ask what the problem is.
