There are hundreds of posts about the new Global Shipping Program.

Many explain how the charges are made up.

Duty, tax plus a fee to Pitney Bowes.

it is not a scam or a rip off..

it is a useless over paid over priced third party that has convinced most of it US sellers to use as most US seller never shipped international because many of them think the whole world is full of lying cheating aliens..

The only thing it does is protect your dsr ratings which if your selling on here to make DSR ratins that is great other then that it is killing US sellers sales to international countries ..

It says it simplifies international shipping but it does not at all it still has just as many rules and restriction as any mail service out there the only difference is you can read about it on here as if it hard to look on the usps or ups site..

I bought a jacket from California and they shipped it to Kentucky, and then to Ontario, then to Vancouver b.c. why did they not ship it direct califonia north to Vancouver. im done with global shipping and ebay. where is customer support? they told me it was the seller, seller tells me it is ebay.
