Allstate Protection Plan

Hi folks

I made a purchase recently and per the listing I was to receive a post-purchase reminder to buy the Allstate Protection Plan. I have yet to receive that and I want to make sure that I get the plan. How do I make this happen?

I don't have any experience with this myself, so I can only refer you to the eBay information page that states:

If the item you are purchasing qualifies for a Allstate Protection Plan, you will have the option to purchase it directly from the item description page prior to checkout.

After checkout, you can still purchase it from the payment confirmation page or through your post-purchase reminder email.

Is the item located in the US rather than Canada?  That might make a difference.
