Canadian Giftcard Redemption Code Only has 11 Numbers

I bought an ebay.ca giftcard at Shoppers Drug Mart, but the redemption code only has 11 digits. (No I didn't scratch some off). I can't seem to redeem it now it asks for 13 digits on the site. Any ideas on what numbers to use. It seems a to be a newer giftcard:

It has the redemption code: 11 digits

Card number: 30 digits

Are you trying to make your purchase while logged into the eBay.com site rather than the eBay.ca site?

I'm logged into .ca but purchasing a product from Argentina

Any clues as to what site the item was listed on?  There's no eBay Argentina.

It was posted on ebay.ca, item just shipped from Argentina.

What do I have to do? I'm not blindly sending over the code.

Do you have employee credentials & email.
