Need more info. How long has it been since your purchase? What was the delivery estimate given to you? You should be able to access your Order Details page from the sale for more information.

If estimated delivery time is past you can either contact seller to know what is going on, or in your orders click on 'item not received'. Be awared that you are only covered 30 days past estimated delivery time to claim an item not received in the system.

Open Item Not Received claim.
Note that this will not be possible until the last estimated date for arrival has passed.
