Are you trying to get in touch with your seller? You’ve posted to a public eBay Canada community discussion board.

You can contact the seller on the original listing- look in the box on the right.

BUT.

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement.

You want a full refund. And since the item arrived broken(?) he should be paying for return shipping if he wants it back before refunding.

If he refuses or ignores you, go to the bottom of this page and open a Not As Described dispute in the Resolution Centre.

Again, you do NOT want a replacement. You want a refund.

He will be required to provide you with return shipping and to refund on its arrival.

If he does neither, ask eBay to step in and escalate to a Claim. EBay will refund you and go after the seller for their money.

If you are promised a replacement, there is no reason to believe it will be any better than what you got. And sending a replacement uses up the 30 days from delivery that you have to open an eBay Dispute.

I AM VERY VERY MAD THANK YOU FOR U R HELP SO I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO OPEN A CLEAm ON EBAY SO I OPEN CLEAM on paypal and guss what i lost the cleam to the seller cuz if i want my money buck i have to ship the body kit buck to the seller at my cost  i went and chick the fedex they said 500 doller for me to get 1250 doller i already spend 200 for shpping they want me to ship and spent 500 more form my pockit i just too **bleep** **bleep** the sceam ed me big time 1250 ues doller is 1678 candian i rely need helo ebay is said sunice i open cleam with paypal they cant do nothing
