Ebay return tracking not updating

I returned an item a few weeks ago and the tracking on eBay says that the item is still out for delivery, even though the tracking on the Canada post website shows that it was delivered. It has been a few days now, and it still says out for delivery. As a result, I cannot move forward and get my return payment, and my seller isn't responding either. Please help!

If there isn't an 'ask ebay to step in' option showing, you might have to contact customer service and ask them to check the tracking on the CP site so that a refund is issued.

You can also contact customer service on ebay facebook and twitter sites.
