I bought some records from a seller on ebay. I contacted the seller two times asking about when and if the records had been shipped. The seller responded that they had been shipped. After a month and a half they still hadn't arrived. (I live two provinces away from the seller) Finally I filled a claim with paypal.The seller was suppose to respond to the claim by Feb. 24. He never did. What happens next?
