Feedback Percentage not being calculated correctly

Hello,

I was looking at my Feedback Profile earlier, and I noticed that the percentage isn't being calculated correctly. Specifically, in the "help popup", it isn't counting every positive review. In the screenshot below, you can see I have 17 positive ratings, but only 12 are being used for the calculation

If you get two or more FB from the same buyer in a short period of time* they will count as one.

FWIW, feedback is voluntary. While FB for buyers can only be positive, it is more important for sellers.

Even there the only ones who look at FB are future customers (so keep it calm and professional) and auction sellers (who check the FB buyers leave for others for red flags).

*I don't pay much attention to FB, so I don't have the numbers at my fingertips.

I just found it odd that there are conflicting numbers showing on the same page

Thank you for your insight though, it is likely that I've purchased items from the same seller
