I purchased an item shipped via the Global Shipping Program (GSP) which arrived damaged. I love the item and don't want to return it, but the mirror on the piece arrived broken.
Can anyone here offer information on how the GSP handles such situations of if it's the same process as with items shipped the usual way?
It's a collectors piece and I do love it, but a broken mirror greatly reduces value.

You have to file a return claim just as you would with damaged item that was shipped directly to you. I would mention in the claim that it is a gsp item and that the mirror was damaged in shipping. In those type of situations the gsp should refund you in full without requiring a return.
