Hi,
I want to order something that should be able to be sent to me with no issues. When I add it to my cart it says it won't ship to my address. I had a PO address which has never been an issue before but now I've switched it to my home address. I've tried a few different sellers. I still have the same problem. I'm able to order other random things though.
I can't reach ebay. They will only take a call and it's down right now. **bleep** don't they have email?
This is the item https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Replace-Silicone-Circle-Handle-Eye-Glasses-End-Tips-Ear-Sock-Pieces-Tube-ne/... I order these in May and had no problems. I just didn't receive them in the mail. What is going on with these?
I'm hoping someone knows or Ebay customer service will see this.
Thanks.

You didn't receive them, and you consider that "no problems"?
Did you open an Item Not Received dispute and get a refund?
There are a lot of cheap seeming items, particularly from China*, who advertise low prices and free shipping.
Then they ship nothing.
Many buyers forget they ordered anything, and they keep the money.
Some buyers complain and are told a replacement will be sent and the seller doesn't, but keeps the money.
A very few buyers file a Dispute and get a refund.
Since the seller has no money sunk into stock (which doesn't exist) and usually is not forced to refund the money he takes in, he can do nicely in a low income country.
Move on. This is not going to get better.
*This seller conflated China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Already my spidey senses are tingling.

If the last shipment did not arrive from that Seller, they may be blocking you from buying from them again. Some eBay Sellers do that when there are delivery problem issues.

False sense alert...
It is one of the choices for flat rate shipping when a Seller lists on eBay.CA -- the list has been expanding over the last number of years for flat rate. Sellers shipping from China have a special section down at the bottom.
see Other for shipping from the Chinese Empire

I meant the transaction went well. They were shipped right away etc. Surely you understand what I mean? No need to have an attitude.
Yes I did open a dispute and got my money back.
I didn't think someone would pretend to do an order and not ship it. On one hand this isn't surprising, on the other wouldn't there be enough complaints that this person would be banned from Ebay?? The person has 106,500 feedbacks so has obviously has been on Ebay for a while.
Strangely I'm having no problems entering into my cart now. My address isn't a problem anymore.
