I can't leave Feedback

Somehow starting from last week, I can 't leave any Feedback

This message (in red):

" We ran into a problem. Please refresh the page and try again. "

Shows up every single time, after I clicked the submit button.

And after refresh the page, the same thing happen again and again.....

Does something is going wrong with ebay Canada ???

Are you trying just to leave feedback when logged into eBay.ca?  Have you tried leaving feedback from another eBay site, such as eBay.com or eBay.co.uk?  Does the same thing happen?

I'm not experiencing this problem as I leave feedback for each buyer on payment. Have you tried coming to that feedback page from another place on the website?

Nope, I just go on "Summary" and click "Leave Feedback"
I already tried using google chrome instead of FireFox
sign in on ebay.com (I usually use ebay.ca)
None of that work......

I just left feedback that way for a order via eBay.CA

Worked for me.

I left feedback (as a buyer) yesterday with no issues, via my Purchase History page. Very strange. If this has been an ongoing issue for the past few weeks for you, I strongly suggest that you contact Customer Service to make sure there's nothing going on on the backend of your account. I don't have any visibility to that.

You always use the same method and it keeps failing?

Try clicking on the FB number beside your name. That should take you to you FB page.

The scroll to the bottom and click on Leave Feedback.

What happens?

I called ebay help center, told about my problem

And they finally fixed that for me ^_^

I suspect that with so many changes happening to the core eBay system that things might get a little rough. But the suggestion to clear cache/cookies and re-login is correct, that forces eBay's servers to fetch fresh info, which should resolve the issue.
