Import charges but Didn't Use GSP

I bought a $400 item from a seller and the listing shows "This item will be sent through eBay's Global Shipping Program" where I was charged shipping, and then an additional $62 import charges which is fine. I would rather pay those fees ahead. But then I just looked at my account because I got a shipping notification showing that it was shipped via Fedex instead. So am I going to get charged additional import charges now? Will there be anything I can do about the amount that I already paid?

The seller is probably shipping it to the global shipping Center via FedEx. Then it will be shipped whatever method the GSP uses.

The shipment goes first to the GSP plant in Erlanger KY, which is near the Cincinnati airport.  Then on to Canada.
