International Shipping Hub error help

I bought a trading card from the US. I received someone else card. The seller confirmed they sent the correct item to the hub. The seller of my item is NOT the same seller of the one I received. Their hub mixed up the cards. If I tried to initiate a return it's to my seller not the seller of the item I have. How can I start a claim directly with eBay?

Was the item handled by eBay International Shipping or the eBay Authentication Program?

International Shipping Hub error help

If the item was sent through eBay international shipping you open a return request through your purchase history just as you normally would.  Because it had been sent through EIS, eBay will automatically handle the return.  As the reason for the request choose that the wrong item was sent or something similar.
