I reside in Canada and have been buying and selling on Ebay since 2006. I have tried to make five different purchases from the USA and each one said I couldn't pay, The seller's listings clearly stated that each one of them ships to Canada nad shows a total..
I am shocked when the seller says "Its nothing to do with me" its your problem and "You made a commitment to buy" so PAY. I have called Ebay 6-7 times and each of them don't have a clue what I'm talking about.
I did read "The international shipping program" for the USA and it does seem very complicated. If it is offered to us in Canada I will certainly not opt in.
If a buyer advised me that they can't pay me and the system won't allow them you can bet I would do everything in my power to keep that sale. Oh and sellers get mad and cancel on me and then I have got 3-4 unpaid strikes which I had them remove. Does anyone have this problem Hep from a buyaholic!! lol

eIS seems to be pretty strict about its “no PO Boxes” rule for sales anywhere, including Canada.
Given that PO boxes are the most secure form of delivery, that the postal system is usually the cheapest, and that Community Postboxes are a thing I guess eIS/eISD are another program with benefits for the seller but none for the buyer.
So back to fuzzification.
Instead of John Doe,POBox 123, Station B, Old Crow Y0B 1K0
We could use.
John Doe
Unit 123, NWC Store 491
Old Crow YK Y0B 1K0
Canada
Not exactly a street address, but the program seems to accept that street addresses are often strange looking.
