International shipping method

The new international shipping method caused me so much trouble that I won't ever buy again on this platform.

Too pricy, soooo long to get the packages because of the new hub. Ridiculous, it should go back to the old shipping method, best for the seller et and the buyer.

Just as was the case with the old Global Shipping Program, the newer eBay International Shipping (eIS) system isn't used by all US sellers.  To me, quitting shopping on eBay because of problems with a seller using eIS is like avoiding a shopping mall because a worker at the food court forgot to put cheese curds on your poutine.  Why would you want to punish sellers who don't use eIS just because you've had issues with ones who do?
