Issues with tracking

I recently purchased a blue ps2 stand from Japan on the 20th of July and it is now august 6th and the seller says that they shipped the item but the tracking number they provided doesn’t work and all it says is electronic information sent what should I do ??

Did eBay give you an estimated delivery date? You can file an Item Not Received claim as soon as that date passes, in which case you'll be covered by the Money Back Guarantee and will be eligible for a full refund (provided the seller can't provide updated tracking info).

Where are you checking the tracking number?

Through ebay is not always up to date.

You do have ebays protection if it does not arrive by the end of the estimated time range (see your order for the promised arrival dates).
