You can only leave feedback in 2 months, can people spam email them to change that? I order some items from China that take over 6 months to arrive in Canada. I can't leave any feedback because it's no longer an option after 2 months. I'd like to leave positive feedback but still what if I wanted to leave negative feedback. Please someone get eBay to change the duration to like a year or something.

For that I would open an Item Not Received dispute as outlined above.
There is always a chance, sadly, that the seller shipped nothing.
He makes his money on the people who forget after a month or so that they had ordered anything.
Get your money back, then if the item shows up later, you can refund the refund using Paypal.
After more than 30 years in mail order, I have learned that it takes about 21 days for delivery within North America, and while Europe used to be even faster, Asia takes about 30 days.
In my opinion, if it hasn't arrived by the time the eBay delivery deadline passes, buyers should be filing Disputes.

Two months is plenty of time for most items to arrive, even with supply chain issues to consider. The problem is that a seller strung you along for six months, and I bet that there wasn't an estimated delivery time of six months on the listing page when you made your purchase.
I probably would have pursued a refund through eBay's Money Back Guarantee if the item hadn't arrived a couple of weeks or so after the last estimated delivery date. That probably would have put a seller on notice more than any sort of feedback you could have left them.

Did you open an Item not Received request from your Sellers?
Did you contact your Sellers, did you get any replies?
Feedback has no bearing on a Sellers's account, eBay does not even factor it in the eqation when evaluating a Seller, it is a relic of the late 20th C...
Spamming eBay will accomplish nothing, if anything FB will probably be retired in a year or two.

Feedback is only useful for a buyer to consider a seller's account. EBay does not use it to assess accounts.
Buyers can only get positive feedback.
That being said, you are much too late to open Dispute with eBay, which only allows 30 from the last estimated date for arrival.
However.
You can still open an Item Not Received Dispute with Paypal.
The PP Resolution Centre is on your PP account page under Activities.
You have 180 days from Payment to do this.
If you are too late for that-- well that's either incredibly patient or unbelievably naive- you may be able to make a chargeback on the credit card you back your PP account with. Card policies differ.
Any of those three Buyer Protections would get you a refund if you are able to use them.
This is a life lesson. Mark those expected arrival dates on your calendar in future.

I ended up receiving my item and wanted to leave postive feedback but I cannot. I wasn't aware of the 30 days from the last estimated date for arrival rule. Very informative, thanks.

I think in the future, I'll only purchase things if the estimated delivery date is within 2 months. I did end up receiving one of my my items and it did have a fairly long estimation time around 4 months and it took around 6 months to arrive. Another item I ordered on July 7th and it still hasn't arrived, I've contacted the seller and they said it has been shipped.

I've contacted the seller and they've informed me the item is still on the way, no tracking # or anything was provided.
