If a buyer uses PP when the seller is in MP, how do the PP fees get paid?

The seller gets paid in MP.  Regardless of how the buyer pays, all payouts will be in MP.

Just realized now that you were referring to PP fees.  I see that your question was answered on .com but just for general information, if you are in MP there are no PP fees.
