Tracking only shows the last location where an item was scanned. Your item may have moved on from that last location but there’s no scan information reflecting that.
Or your item may have failed processing at the Glendale Heights hub and there’s no scan information to reflect that, either.
There are a lot of things that can trip up
an item being forwarded by eBay International Shipping, including something simple like a missing packing slip. The system is great for sellers. But buyers? Not so much. You might want to check out the terms and conditions sellers using the program have to follow, particularly the "program rules" section.
You’ve filed a claim for a refund, which is probably (and unfortunately) the best thing you can do in these circumstances. One last thing you can try doing is to look up the item on the Parcelsapp website. Sometimes Parcelsapp has tracking scan information that eBay or the carriers doesn’t have or doesn't provide buyers.
My sympathies.
