Restriction

I tried to purchase disinfectant spray from USA and I get error message this item cannot be shipped due to restriction, even though ebay says this item can be shipped to Canada? What is causing the error

If the item is  considered a hazardous item it is not permitted for shipping. Fines would be involved if shipping without following those rules. See attached link. More details at either the USPS or Canadapost website on these types of items.

It contains hydrogen peroxide.

If it falls under Class 5(Oxidizer) it is not permitted.  Is it in an aerosol(compressed gas) form? That would ban it also. There are additional qualifications depending on size(volume) of the product. eBay just follows the rules set by USPS, Canadapost etc.

Bleach would be considered corrosive so a NO.
