Bleach would be considered corrosive so a NO.
Some common hazardous materials include:
- Beauty products (i.e. Perfumes, Nail polish)
- Flea collars or flea sprays
- Aerosols
- Cleaning supplies (i.e. Bleach)
- Pool chemicals
- Paints

If the item is considered a hazardous item it is not permitted for shipping. Fines would be involved if shipping without following those rules. See attached link. More details at either the USPS or Canadapost website on these types of items.

If it falls under Class 5(Oxidizer) it is not permitted. Is it in an aerosol(compressed gas) form? That would ban it also. There are additional qualifications depending on size(volume) of the product. eBay just follows the rules set by USPS, Canadapost etc.
