Go to your original listing and use Contact Seller to ask her.
If I look at the return details it says that the seller sent a return shipping label but I can't find it anywhere and it also says that the return item has been shipped but i have not shipped it yet as I don't have a shipping label.
Ask if she knows what this means. Some of those steps in a Dispute can be marked manually which could lead to misunderstandings.
Don't get hung up on this.
She can attach a pdf of the shipping label to an eBay Message.
I assume you are both in Canada? Otherwise sending a return shipping label can be difficult.
