Scam!!!

I ordered 3 things in June. Didn’t receive by the first date. The sellers asked me to wait until a second date in August due to covid shipping delays. Still did not receive them. I now can not even get into the listing to get any info or contact the sellers. So I have spent the last 4 hours trying to get a hold of eBay customer service. What a joke!!!! Been given 5 different phone numbers by eBay agents all with USELESS info related by a recording. At the end of the recording it disconnects. What a **bleep**ing scam!!!!! Never again!!! I can get through to a live agent at amazon with one phone call. I can see exactly why people are switching to Amazon. Good bye forever eBay. Biggest scam out there.

Scam!!!

The seller pulled a fast one encouraging you to wait past the eBay deadline for Disputes.

EBay*** allows only 30 days for Dispute after the last estimated date for delivery.

That has evidently passed.

Forget eBay. They cannot and will not help at this late date.

However, you are still covered by Paypal.

The PP Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

PP will also have a record of the sale* and the payment.

There is no need to waste time on the phone, the PP**Resolution Centre is fully automated.

If the seller cannot give Proof of Delivery, (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

In addition, if you back your PP account with a credit card you will also be covered by the chargeback policy of the card, which is variable.

Again, for future reference, eBay has both Twitter and FaceBook accounts if you want to have a nice chat with a person, but the Resolution Centre is how you get your money back.

**like the eBay one, which is at the bottom of most eBay pages, again for future reference)

*For future reference while PP holds onto this for years, eBay only keeps these records for 90 days.

Scam!!!

You should still be able to see your Purchase History if you choose "2020" from the "See orders from:" drop down box on the purchase history page. You probable can only see the last 60 days default but if you choose 2020 you will be able to see your purchase again and go through the process to contact seller for item not received if your ebay guarantee window hasn't past.

But, going through the PayPal resolution centre as femmefan1946 states is your next best option if your ebay guarantee window is no longer an option.
