An item I ordered from the UK was not as described.
The seller provided a full refund, but my Pitney Bowes refund was only around half what I paid to them.
Is this normal? If not, who should I follow up with?
I appreciate any thoughts you might be able to share!

Hi @theartistsprinter - if the seller sent you a full refund you should have gotten a complete refund from Pitney Bowes too. I recommend contacting Customer Support directly either by phone or social media (Facebook or Twitter). They'll work on getting you taken care of.
