You can REPORT the scam to the Security Centre at the bottom of this page.
You will get a polite reply.
They will not remove a seller on report from one member. There will have to be several reports before they will take action.
This is because the single report may come from a competitor, a vigilante, or just be wrong.
Several members reporting is needed-- and of course the wave of Disputes from cheated customers.
