Step 1: Contact the seller to see if they are willing to do anything.
Step 2. eBay protection has expired for an August purchase. Which is why it is best to test when the purchase arrives,
Step 3. PayPal will allow you to open an Item-Not-As-Described dispute for 180 days from time of purchase. Do this if step 1 fails.
