Reading your comments, I get the sense that you’re creating a problem for yourself. The lack of scanning/tracking information isn’t your issue. It is what it is.

The only thing you need to be concerned about is your item arriving. If it hasn’t shown up by Monday, seek the remedies available to you from eBay, ensuring that you mention in your claim that this is a GSP-forwarded item.

Seller ships (usually via USPS) to GSP plant in Kentucky.

Package clears customs in Kentucky.

Package given new tracking number and shipped to Canada.

Package is transferred to sub-contracted shipper (usually Canada Post).

Did the seller ship to KENTUCKY?

If not, you will be paying import fees twice, since those were paid before the seller was instructed to ship.

You should have been given a GSP tracking number. Check your emails.

This may be helpful if the seller actually did use GSP as promised.

Unison worked this out for buyers who have not yet received their GSP shipment.
TRACKING SYSTEM FOR GSP
I found this thread today while awaiting a shipment. Once I learned that Pitney Bowes was the relevant company, I was able to find my package's tracking info in about 10 seconds.

Step 1: Go to the Pitney Bowes Parcel Tracker page at https://parceltracking.pb.com/app/#/dashboard/

Step 2: Enter your eBay-supplied Global Tracking number (mine began with UPAA...)

Step 3: You will be shown limited tracking info. In my case, only up to the point the package left the USA and entered Canada.

Step 4: Click on the "Track on carrier's website" link at the top right.

Step 5: You will be provided with tracking on the page of the actual shipping company, in my case Canada Post, with a tracking number in THEIR system.

Problem solved! If only eBay would put a link to https://parceltracking.pb.com/app/#/dashboard/ in their shipping emails, this could all be avoided...

And as @marnotom!  says, if you have any working tracking number the parcel is on its way to you.

EBay gave you an estimated window for delivery. Don't even think about it until the last date has passed.

Then you can open an Item Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page. (And tell the dispute that this was a GSP shipment, so it is handled by the GSP specialists.)

I find "label created" statuses to be pretty annoying.  They seem to really mess things up when it comes to tracking items.

I used to be pretty obsessive about tracking my items until I realized that all tracking tells me is where my item has been, not where it is, and the most important thing I should be concerned about is whether I get my item within the estimated time in the listing and condition promised by the seller.  Knowing where it is or was between the seller and myself doesn't really do me a lot of good.

I think there's a pretty good chance that your item is on the move but for whatever reason, the scan information isn't being transmitted to Canada Post's database.  Again, having the tracking number created well in advance seems to mess things up there for reasons unknown to me.

As you say, you need to wait until the last possible estimated delivery date has passed before making a claim of item-not-received.

Your GSP actually showed Customs info?? Wow. Usually it has nothing after "entering Canada", until the "delivered" that appears, 2 days after it's finally arrived. Except for the ever later "delivered by" dates, that they adjust forward every 2 days.

End to end tracking my &^^%^.

Tracking is for the benefit of the Seller.

The whole GSP is a seller protection program.

Your seller is not responsible for delivery after the parcel is accepted by the GSP in Kentucky.

GSP is very good about Disputes over damage or late delivery, according to posts on the Boards. Claims for Not As Described are usually met with a refund and no demand that the "damaged" item be returned.  Seems open to scams, but Pitney Bowes/GSP doesn't seem to worry about that. I guess they figure the tiny number of disputes and the even tinier number of scam disputes are just a cost of doing business.

If the purchase was supposed to arrive before February 13 (today) you can open a Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre.

If the delivery window has not yet closed, just mark that date on your calendar and relax.
