BTW--tracking is a Seller Protection.
Mark the last estimated date for arrival that eBay gave you on your calendar.
If your item has not arrived by then, the Resolution Centre is at the bottom of this page under Help and Contact.
How was it sent and on what date?
I would allow 30 days from mailing, but surface (boat) shipping can take two or three months, while eBay only allows 30 days after the last estimated date for delivery to open a Claim and get a refund.
Did the seller give a tracking number?
Without tracking a seller cannot prove delivery and loses "Not Received" claims.
However international tracking is expensive and many sellers of cheap goods don't use it.
Standard Shipping is meaningless.
The tracking number should appear on Canada Post's website when it reaches Canada.
Check here https://www.parcelmonitor.com/track-china-post/ . Yes. That is China Post.
It is possible that it really is coming from the UAE which can b traced here: https://www.parcelmonitor.com/track-uae/
