I placed 3 orders in September. I have not received anything. I'm also told you have no orders for me. There was no problem charging my credit card. I need some answers.

EBay only keeps public records of sales for 90 days.

And you only have 30 days after the last estimated date for delivery to Dispute a transaction through eBay.

DON'T PANIC!

 

Did you pay for your orders with your Paypal account?

The PP Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

Look for the transaction(s).

Open an Item Not Received Dispute.

The first suggestion is to Contact the Seller.

This is only a suggestion, and all you want from the seller is the date of shipment,the service used, and the tracking number.

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. That's a scam.

The tracking number should, by now , show the purchase to be in Canada.

Or the seller(s) should send you a refund.

It is NOT necessary to close the Dispute to get that refund. That's a scam, too.

 

Ask PP to step in and escalate the Dispute to a Claim.

If the seller cannot prove Delivery, you will be refunded.

 

If you did not use PP, which allows 180 days from payment for Disputes, you probably used your credit card.

Every card is different but you can call the 1-800 number on the back of the card and ask the clerk about a chargeback.

Have all the transaction numbers handy, along with dates, amounts, currency of transaction, to help her process your refund.
