We actually buy and sell on eBay, some for decades, and know where Canada is.

Neither situation is probable with eBay's Customer Support.

Sorry, I can't give you a phone number directly because you need a passcode. You can get a phone number at http://ocsnext.ebay.ca/ocs/cuhome?from_ocs=1. Just fill out the info they ask for, then they will give you a number and passcode. Don't "x" out, because you will need the passcode so they know who you are.
