You need to contact the seller.

Posting here does nothing.

The contact link is with your purchase information.

Did you read the entire listing including seller's comments?

I've had a couple of buyers with the same concern despite specifically stating 'Each sale is ONE banknote', in large bold red print repeated twice within the listing.

With respect to quantity available, another factor is that every banknote has a unique serial number... How can there be multiples of the same.

Obviously an available quantity of '10' referred to the number of consecutive banknotes for sale, and not 10 sets of 10 with the same consecutive numbers. It gets even wilder with earlier 1867-1967 series notes not having a serial number.

It typically comes down to an ill-informed buyer, ignorance, or abuse.

I see no benefit if deceptive selling practices occurred.
