Why does eBay persistently remind me that I have x number of days to redeem my Four-Cent rebate?   Is this remarkable offer supposed to be tempting?

Similar to when the bots keep sending you reminders to make sure to leave feedback for customers that refused to pay or cancelled a transaction. Sorry....Bzzzzzz...No, I don't want to...But thank you for playing along. Have a nice day. Now go bother someone else, crazy bots!!!
