No. Your bid is a binding contract.
You already got the item at the lowest available price, and you knew what was the bid when entering it...

You can negotiate before completing a purchase at a yardsale or fleamarket. I've personally never tried negotiating at a Walmart or C Tire but I guess you could try. Don't know how much luck you would have if you were to try!?!
From a sellers perspective they were hoping for the highest possible price they could get. Not lower.

Buyers must pay for the items they win or buy on eBay within 4 calendar days of committing to buy. A seller can cancel your order if you do not pay within 4 calendar days of winning an auction or buying using Buy It Now.
Buyers who have excessive unpaid items or cancelled orders may have limits imposed on their account, or lose their buying privileges.
and risk insulting the seller? risk other precautionary actions by the seller?
