Seller not responding

Hey everyone, first time posting.

I bought a game from a seller on April 9.It's April 30 as of now and the game is shown that it hasn't been shipped. The estimate delivery is April 22- May 20. I already messaged them once and they haven't responded. Should I message them again or wait until the delivery date passed? I heard some people don't update the status when they ship out items. I don't want to come off as annoying as well.

What do I do?

Hello, In my opinion ,especially during this pandamic l would give it a couple more days. If your item hasn't arrived or for that matter not showing any movement on May 2 then I would give him or her a shout out.. Take care
