Should I be concerned if seller has not provided tracking number?

I purchased a leather coat, seller has not marked item as shipped (yet seller says it has been shipped). Also seller has not provided a tracking number, and I also paid import charges and do not recognize the name of the shipper. Should I be concerned????

Nope, not until eBay's 'Estimated delivery' date has elapsed.

If the item has not arrived after that date, you should 1st contact the seller.

Do not accept any substitute or re-shipment.

If still unsatisfied, commence an item not received claim.

The seller is using the Global Shipping Program.

All a tracking number would tell you is when the coat arrives at the GSP plant in Kentucky. After that the tracking numbers are for internal us and don't function for buyers/importers.

Actually, tracking numbers only benefit the seller. If there is a false claim of non-delivery, the seller uses the number to prove the complainant is wrong.  Otherwise it has no functional use.

Okay, the buyer gets the warm fuzzies because she thinks she is protected. Nuh- uh.

If the seller told you it was shipped (although not marking it so is...dumb.) it is on its way. But mark Day 43 anyway. Just in case.

everyone doesnt mark the shipped box or ship with tracking number,if you havent received it in 43 days ,file a not received claim.
