US to Canada tracking not specific

I recently bought an order from the US and had it shipped to Canada, I like to track orders along to estimate how long I have to wait but with EBay the order seemed to be moving at a decent pace with locations correctly displayed until it crossed the border, now it has been an average of 3 days between updates with it only saying “Arrived in Facility” with the time displayed and location labeled as “Canada Canada”
I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this and possibly has a fix to view the tracking more accurately in Canada? Thanks

Are you checking the tracking on eBay or on the shipping company’s website?

What shipping service is being used?

I have items that have arrived weeks ago still showing "in transit".....????

Their information, Canada Post, is not very reliable when it comes to foreign mail.
