In my opinion, the best way to pay on eBay is with a Paypal account backed by a credit card.

As a buyer, you get three levels of Buyer Protection.

• 30 days from (last estimated) date of delivery from eBay
• 180 days from payment from Paypal
• the chargeback policy of your credit card

You will probably never have to use them, but if you do, use them in that order.

You will also get your item faster because your payment is truly instant.

It's likely. But I thought all sellers here were required to offer an online form of payment and paypal is the easiest one at that.

If your question is about buying on eBay the answer is yes, you can pay with PayPal. It’s the preferred method of payment for most sellers here and by most I mean 99.9875 per cent of them.
