Are you saying that the seller has not added a tracking number to the invoice showing that it has been sent to the Authentication Centre?
Sellers do have a few days grace on that, not even counting holidays .
June 19th was Juneteenth and June 12th was Memorial Day (I think) in the USA. And the post office doesn't accept parcels on Sundays.
