Hello Everyone! So I do not know where to turn to, I am incredibly angry with eBay and the International Shipping Center. In essence, I ordered an item from the US. The seller sent me the wrong item on accident and amended this by reprinting the label and shipping it out. It arrived at the Shipping Hub in Glendale Heights and it has been stuck there for officially ONE MONTH on this day. After a frustrating back and forth, I was given this answer from eBay Support: As my colleague mentioned, replacement items may be forwarded, but it is not a guarantee. It will be processed regardless, but whether it forwards or not is not certain. This is because our service is for one package per one order. This is outlined in our sellers terms and conditions, and I am sorry for the confusion caused with your seller on this. In regards to returning to your seller, I am sorry but this is not an option we have available, as once an item arrives at our hub, it cannot be returned to the sender. Again, I am sorry for any confusion, but you may work with your seller to see if they have a replacement, and they can ship to you directly to guarantee delivery to you. To be transparent, the replacement item is unlikely to be delivered to you, as it has not moved in almost a month. I would suggest to work with your seller to find a suitable resolution. The Item I ordered has Images and Documents from a film production that may not be out there or exist and that are now potentially lost. Is there a way to reach the shipping center to just get my item shipped to me. It boggles my mind that a package with my name and address on it won't be shipped to me because of "reasons". I am frankly disappointed and disgusted by this. How can shipping an item become so complex. I just want the **bleep** package, it contains pieces of media that can be lost forever and not be preserved which is what I was going to do. Please, any information to escalate this or reach the Shipping Center. I want this resolved and I NEED these items.
