Wellllllll- NAFTA?

There's a good chance it was actually made in Canada, and duty free.

BUT

Worry more about sales taxes.

If the alternator is valued over $20 (including shipping) you will pay your province's sales tax.

Plus a service fee to the shipping company.

For Canada Post, that would be $9.95*.

For UPS or other couriers, $25 or more.

As bpl521_sell says above, we'd be happy to help but we'd need more details to guesstimate for you. Also, if you're confident the seller is shipping via the postal system, you can reverse-engineer a guess using Canada Post here: https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/far/business/findARate?execution=e1s1

How much is it worth and how is it shipped.

Probably No Duty.

But you may have to pay taxes and a handling fee depending

on how much it costs and how it is shipped.
