variations missing from clothing catagory

I have been having issues since Friday when the "variations" portion of the listings vanished. I have phoned 3 times & got an email today saying the issue was fixed. It is not fixed & still no variation option when you go to list. I cannot list with variations, revise already listed items or edit listings. Has any one else that was affected had their's fixed or is it still a major issue???

This is a massive glitch affecting many Canadian sellers on eBay with variation listings. Call eBay to add your user ID to the ticket.
