First time writing on forums like this - it shows how desperate I am about Ebay customer service. This is beyond me how such a big company can have such a low rated customer service. Every time I reach out, they cannot answer any questions, or fix any problem. This is highly frustrating.
Issue is - no matter what settings I have, I cannot figure out how to give clients combined shipping, in a way that they would only pay once ($12) no matter how much items they buy. I've changed all the settings, reach out in vain to customer service, but it still charge $12 for each item despite being multiple purchases from the same buyer.
Buyers can request combined shipping, but I feel this is a conversion killer this feature. In my US store, the combined shipping is correctly setup and there's no issue, but it's not the same type of settings.
