In recently testing my seller settings for updating listing Q & A's I discovered the ca link is not working.

We looked everywhere.

The ca page for shipping preferences also does NOT include the option to select or deselect couriers (CP/UPS/Fedex) for applying discounts like the US page does for USPS/Fedex/UPS.
