Creating a service ticket for late or damaged CP shipments

devon@ebay @dinomitesales Has anyone attempted to create a service ticket for either a late or damaged CP shipment using eBay Labels and how did it go. With Shippo/PayPal/CP there is no problem because the account that is being used is your won SSB account #. With eBay Labels the account is owned by eBay. Voids can be processed with eBay without a problem. Delay to process. Funds would/should get credited back to your payouts. For anything CP a cheques is sent in the mail if claim is approved. -Lotz
