Ebay Return Item Error

I tried to return an item through eBay's return item option. Item was being returned for not matching photo and description and this is what I given:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.ca/rtn/Return/CreateReturn" on this server.

I tried the return process using Chrome on my Android mobile phone and Firefox and Microsoft Edge on my PC Desktop. I received this error with all of them.

Hi @needsmorerobots - I have never seen this before, it's got me stumped!

At this point I would consider contacting CS to have them review and help you get something filed.
