Gallery Plus Fees

Just noticed ebay has been charging me the gallery plus fees of $1.13 Canadian on my listing even though they are within the pottery glass and antique categories that are suppose4d to be free.. Not sure who or how to contact anybody without spending hours on the phone..

Hi @this-that-whatever - there was a technical issue that impacted some members last week that caused incorrect Gallery Plus and other listing fees to be charged. Those are being credited automatically and you should see an message from us in your eBay message center on that topic if you were impacted (it sounds like you were).

The phone reps do not seem very well-trained nor do they seem to have much authority.

You could try Help and Contact-> Chat which is written rather than phone, so you can multi-task.
