How do I change or delete my profile pic?

How do I change or delete the pic I have on my profile? Thanks in advance.

p.s. When I go to my profile page to change my userpic, it just takes me to my shop, where I can't edit my personal profile (including my userpic), just the store info.

For users with a store, there is an extra step needed to be able to change the profile picture.
