How to get old sales records back through 2016

Hello,

I have a dire self-created problem, and need my complete Canadian sales info back through 2016. I have been searching online, have spoken to ebay help and followed the instructions, but the data I need is not comprehensive and doesn't go back before 2018.

Do anyone know of a way to contact ebay to get my full sales data showing items sold? I am trying to deal with this before I have a tax nightmare blow up in my face. I am willing to pay for the data, if that is what is required.

Have you checked your ebay financial transaction data that is available through paypal?

Go to PayPal and you can print off your Monthly Financial Summary  and Monthly Sales Reports for the last seven years I believe (it might be slightly shorter). 

On your summary page you can click on "payments recieved" and use the calendar (ie; April 1 -30/21) to breakdown your sales from month to month. 

If you purchased inventory on eBay for re-sale you can also click on "payments sent" and use the calendar again to access your purchases from month to month....
