It has been days, every time I tried to report an unpaid issue, it said system down. Does anyone suffer the same?

No, I haven't had this problem but nor have I had to file any Unpaid Items. The system accommodated my Cancel Order just fine.

It may be time to clear your cache and toss your cookies.
There have been no reports of this problem-- and believe me, we would hear!
